Spann is the verified booking-readiness layer between traveler AI agents and Japan stays.

- GET /api/properties/registry returns the public registry envelope, region collections, profile entries, boundaries, and freshness.

- GET /api/properties/[slug] returns profile identity, retrieval cues, ambiguity classes, freshness, and claim boundaries.
- GET /api/properties/request-state returns public request-state continuity without booking authority.
- GET /api/properties/telemetry returns read telemetry for registry, collection, and profile surfaces.

## Boundaries
- Public registry pages and APIs are documentation surfaces only.
- Listing a property does not mean operator participation, supplier consent, live inventory, rates, booking authority, payment handling, routing commitment, or response SLA.
- The live site should preserve brand and marketing truth while making the bounded product proof surfaces discoverable to crawlers and agents.
- Marketing surfaces describe Spann as booking infrastructure for traveler agents and Japan stays.
- Public proof surfaces do not expose a transaction endpoint, live inventory/rate/hold authority, payment authority, or supplier participation claim.
- Spann starts with Japan lodging and preserves property judgment.
- Spann does not publish pricing, revenue, partner sequencing, or private operating mechanics on this public surface.
