The canonical endpoint is the source of runtime truth. Directory submission and directory acceptance are tracked separately and must not be inferred from endpoint availability.

Release checks
A healthy release must report version 0.2.1, expose exactly the documented three-tool list and annotations, reject operator-only tools, and preserve the fixture-only boundary. Any mismatch is a hold condition.
Incident handling
Spann owns release and rollback decisions. During an incident, promotion stops, the compatibility route remains available when safe, and the last verified runtime is restored. Report issues to hello@spannhq.com with operational metadata only.
