Spann is not the agent, the merchant, or the property.
We are the booking-readiness layer between traveler agents and the property that owns the outcome. We do not collect payment as principal, represent the property, or erase the property's authority over acceptance, decline, counter, and clarification.
The boundary is the product. It is what makes Spann safe to put next to inbound a business actually cares about.
Why this matters
An inbox cannot hold judgment. Software alone cannot own it.
Without a trusted record, traveler agents can recommend a stay but cannot reliably book it through an agent. Spann keeps the property truth, answer logic, and human-review path together so booking can happen without pretending every stay fits a form.
