Spann keeps the public website narrow: explain the work, publish proof, and provide a contact path. Do not send confidential property, traveler, payment, health, or identity data through website links.
What the website receives
The site may receive standard technical information from browsers and infrastructure providers, including requested pages, device and network metadata, referrers, timestamps, and abuse or reliability signals. If Google Analytics is enabled, page-view and interaction signals may also be processed by Google according to its analytics terms.
Contact
If you email Spann, the message is handled in the receiving mailbox and any connected provider systems. Keep first messages factual and low-risk: organization, role, property or workflow context, and the question you want answered.
